Job summary

Crowe is seeking a data science software engineer to join the Toolkit Team, working on mid-term ML projects with autonomy. You'll build generalizable tools and libraries to accelerate model development and production deployment.

Collaborate with data scientists to take prototypes to production, design APIs, and ensure scalable, reliable tooling while embracing Crowe's culture of care, trust, and stewardship.

Qualifications

• Programming experience with Python; familiarity with C/C++ or Go.
• Software engineering experience; comfortable with algorithms and data structures.
• Experience with Linux-based systems and Docker for RESTful API delivery.
• Knowledge of cloud computing, distributed systems, CI/CD is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define common problems and identify opportunities in the codebase to solve current and future problems.
• Develop libraries and services for machine learning products.
• Collaborate with data scientists to move ML models from prototype to production.
• Champion the use and adoption of Toolkit libraries and services.
• Provide pair programming, code reviews, and knowledge sharing to the team.
