Job summary

IMC is seeking an ML and Quantitative Research Sourcer to identify and engage experienced talent across ML and quantitative research, map talent landscapes, and develop creative sourcing strategies that strengthen IMC's presence in technical communities.

You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver strong pipelines, assess candidates, and provide market insights, using channels like GitHub, Kaggle, LinkedIn Recruiter, and research publications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; 4–7 years of sourcing experience in technical hiring.
• Strong understanding of ML, AI, and quantitative research talent landscapes.
• Experience engaging talent through channels such as GitHub, Kaggle, Hugging Face, LinkedIn Recruiter, publications and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across ML and Quantitative Research.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage experienced talent.
• Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates across technical markets.
• Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis to support hiring strategy.
• Leverage technical channels to identify and engage top talent.
• Engage candidates with compelling outreach and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market insights to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with recruiting teams to improve sourcing processes and effectiveness.
