Job summary

The ideal candidate has 4–7 years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and a deep understanding of ML and quantitative research. The salary range for this position is between $100,000 and $150,000, plus a discretionary bonus and benefits, including paid leave.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of sourcing experience focused on technical hiring within Machine Learning or Quantitative Research.
• Strong understanding of ML, AI, and technical talent landscapes.
• Experience engaging talent through GitHub, Kaggle, Hugging Face, and similar channels.
