Job summary

IMC Trading is seeking an ML and Quantitative Research Sourcer to identify and engage experienced talent across ML and quantitative research, building pipelines and mapping talent landscapes. You will partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver top-quality candidates, evaluate against technical and cultural standards, and provide market insights to shape hiring strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required with 4–7 years of technical sourcing experience.
Strong knowledge of ML, AI and quantitative research markets.
Experience engaging senior technical talent in competitive markets.

Responsibilities

Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs across ML and Quantitative Research.
Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage experienced talent.
Build and maintain strong pipelines of passive candidates across key technical markets.
Conduct market mapping and talent landscape analysis to support hiring strategy.
Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Kaggle, publications, and conferences to identify top talent.
Engage candidates with compelling outreach and positive candidate experience.
Track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and market insights to inform decisions.
Collaborate with recruiting teams to improve sourcing processes and effectiveness.
