Job summary

Sarsfield Group in the United States is seeking a Technical Lead, Machine Learning, to own the execution layer of our intelligence, turning research and model capabilities into reliable, scalable production systems.

You will work across the model lifecycle: data, training, evaluation, inference, and deployment. This is a hands-on leadership role at the intersection of research, systems, and product.

Qualifications

• Experience shipping ML systems in production.
• Strong understanding of large-model training, fine-tuning and inference.
• Strong software engineering and systems fundamentals.
• Experience operating ML workloads at scale, GPU-based.
• Good judgment and ability to work independently.
• Bias toward experimentation, measurement and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end ML systems from data to deployment.
• Build training and fine-tuning pipelines for large models.
• Design evaluation systems for capability, robustness and safety.
• Architect high-performance inference systems focusing on latency and cost.
• Build data pipelines for real-world and synthetic training data.
• Establish reliable production infra for deploying and monitoring models.
• Collaborate with research and application engineering to improve products.
• Iterate rapidly based on real-world performance.
