Sarsfield Group is seeking a Senior Member of Technical Staff, Machine Learning, to own critical ML subsystems in production. You will build and maintain end-to-end ML pipelines, from data prep to inference, ensuring reliable performance at scale.

You will collaborate with research, product, and engineering to turn ideas into deployed systems, diagnose production issues, and drive measurable user impact while mentoring peers and navigating real-world constraints.

Qualifications

• Strong production-quality ML code
• Ownership and independence in projects
• Experience with production latency and reliability

Responsibilities

• Own ML subsystems in production end-to-end
• Handle data preparation, training, evaluation, inference, and iteration
• Collaborate with research, product, and engineering to deliver real user impact
• Mentor and review work from other ML engineers
• Operate under production constraints: latency, cost, reliability, and safety
