Lamb Weston is hiring a ML Trim Inspector - Grave in Richland, WA to ensure potatoes are free of defects and foreign material. You will inspect trim tables and belts, discard unusable portions, and communicate quality or safety concerns to leads.

The role requires teamwork, adherence to GMPs, and flexibility to rotate positions as needed. This full-time position emphasizes safety, precise inspection, and maintaining a clean work area while supporting production goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Sanitation qualified required.
• Ability to read, understand and follow plant rules, GMPs and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow plant safety policies and procedures; participate in safety programs and report safety concerns.
• Inspect trim tables for foreign material and defects as instructed by leads; trim accordingly.
• Monitor inspection belts for wide cuts, misshapen product, foreign material and defects; discard blemished product and materials.
• Inform leads of high blemish levels or foreign material.
• Maintain a clean work area and communicate quality issues to operators and leads.
• Perform other duties as assigned; rotate to different positions as needed.
