Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC is seeking an AI Platform Product Manager to lead the model serving capabilities of our ML platform within the CDAO. You will shape the roadmap, drive scalable and secure serving for batch and real-time workloads using Kubernetes, and collaborate with stakeholders across Investment Bank and Consumer Bank units to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of product management experience leading teams in a technology-driven environment.
• Enterprise-scale ML platform products delivery experience.
• Hands-on Kubernetes experience for batch and real-time serving.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Agile mindset with rapid prototyping and feedback incorporation.
• Proven ability to define product domain strategy and roadmap in complex orgs.
• Expertise in cloud computing architectures.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a strategic vision for model serving with milestones and timelines.
• Develop and refine platform features to simplify deployment and serving of ML models (batch and real-time).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across businesses and functions to collect requirements and ship high-quality products.
• Drive development of products to streamline model development lifecycle and governance.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of serving infrastructure using containerized deployments (Kubernetes).
