WisdomAI is seeking exceptional ML/NLP engineers to build AI-powered analytics that explain the why behind insights and enable fast, confident decision-making. You’ll work on LLM-based code generation, document understanding, and context synthesis in a startup environment.

The role involves designing agentic pipelines, evaluating the query processing engine, and shaping the product roadmap with founders. We value strong NLP work, search/retrieval expertise, and hands-on impact.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills and ability to work with hard NLP problems.
Background in search/retrieval, LLMs, and evaluation pipelines is a plus.
Experience working in startup/fast-paced teams is highly desirable.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.

Responsibilities

Build workflows/agentic pipelines for complex analytical workloads.
Design evaluation framework and carry out evaluations of our query processing engine.
Work closely with customers and founders to define the product and engineering roadmap.
Shape up the engineering culture and tech stack for the company.
