Job summary

DataJobs seeks a senior AI/ML engineer to drive LLM/NLP initiatives for intelligence-focused workflows. You will develop, tune, and deploy models using PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras, and leverage GPUs for performance.

Responsibilities include building AI/ML ensembles, selecting libraries, preparing data, and evaluating model performance while communicating decisions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree in IT or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of hands-on AI/ML work.
• Proficiency with PyTorch, TensorFlow or Keras.
• Hands-on GPUs for accelerated computing.
• Experience tuning LLMs on custom data and applications.
• Experience building AI/ML models and ensembles.
• Proficiency in Python (or R) and SQL.
• Experience with GitHub and Jenkins.
• Experience with Hugging Face Transformers.
• Exposure to cloud-based development and Flask.
• Familiarity with SciKit-Learn and Tableau.
• Knowledge of ONNX and XAI concepts.
• U.S. Citizenship and TS/SCI with Polygraph clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and adapt LLM/NLP methodologies for intelligence use cases.
• Improve analytic workflows through model development and evaluation.
• Use GPUs for accelerated training and inference.
• Tune neural networks on custom datasets for specific tasks.
• Build AI/ML models and ensembles; select Python libraries and preprocess data.
