Job summary

Good co India seeks a senior machine learning leader to design, deploy, and scale ML solutions across the business. You will lead a team of ML engineers and data scientists, set strategy, and own end-to-end ML lifecycle from data prep to monitoring.

You will advance state-of-the-art approaches, push MLOps practices, collaborate with data engineering, product, and stakeholders, and translate business needs into measurable ML outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in CS/AI/DS or related field.
• Strong Python/SQL skills and production ML deployment experience.
• Experience with deep learning, NLP, CV, or recommender systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, training and deployment of ML models.
• Define ML strategies, roadmaps and best practices.
• Mentor a team of ML engineers and data scientists.
• Oversee end-to-end ML lifecycle including data prep and monitoring.
• Collaborate with data engineering, software, product and business teams.
