Job summary

ExxonMobil is seeking a skilled ML engineering lead to guide a 4–5 person team on acquisition and development projects for the strategy and business development organization. You will upskill teammates, act as the technical point of contact, and coordinate with stakeholders on deliverables and priorities.

Responsibilities include building data foundations for projects, managing data engineering work, and contributing to architectural decisions in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a relevant field.
• 3 years industry experience in data science, ML, or AI.
• Experience with software/data engineering and ML ops.
• Proficiency with Databricks, GitHub, and Azure cloud services.
• Strong communication skills and Python programming.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of ML engineers for acquisition and development projects.
• Upskill team members and serve as technical liaison to stakeholders.
• Oversee data foundation building and project data engineering.
• Coordinate on architectural decisions and delivery via DevOps practices.
