• Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline with 14+ years of software engineering experience, or 18+ years without a degree.
• Advanced development experience in Python, Java, and/or Scala on Linux.
• Hands-on with Scikit-learn, ML models, Jupyter Notebooks, Lucene, JEXL, SQL, JSON, and MapReduce.
• Proficient with IDEs and version control; Jira/Confluence familiarity.
• Knowledge of enterprise governance and compliance domains.

Responsibilities

• Design, prototype, and maintain compliance automation tools and analytics.
• Implement, test, and validate ML/AI algorithms in an R&D environment.
• Conduct Exploratory Data Analysis and feature engineering on complex datasets.
• Build, deploy, and monitor ML models and data pipelines with telemetry.
• Integrate MapReduce workflows with backend data pipelines.
• Develop full-stack software using Python, Java, Scala, Lucene, JEXL, SQL, JSON on Linux.
• Collaborate using Jira, Confluence, Git/GitLab, and Bitbucket with documentation and peer reviews.
