As a Machine Learning Engineer at BairesDev, you will design, develop, and deploy sophisticated machine learning models that solve complex business challenges. What You'll Do

• Design and implement machine learning models and algorithms to address specific business problems.
• Develop end-to-end machine learning pipelines, from data preprocessing to model deployment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into production environments.
• Perform rigorous model evaluation, validation, and continuous performance monitoring.

What We Are Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, data science, or related fields.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
• Solid understanding of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques.
• Experience in developing and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Proficiency in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization.
• Advanced level of English.
