Qualifications

• Proven ability to translate business needs into data science tasks.
• Strong debugging and debugging mindset for ML pipelines.
• Experience delivering models end-to-end with clear metrics.
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of projects.

Responsibilities

• Spike an Emotional Intelligence proof of concept quickly to deliver a yes-or-no decision.
• Keep Collaboration schemas backward-compatible to avoid breaking upgrades.
• Translate business requirements into technical specs and tasks.
• Build responsive, accessible front-end interfaces with Collaboration.
• Build Matplotlib tooling to accelerate other Springfield engineers.
