adMarketplace, Inc. in New York City seeks a senior machine learning engineer to build and optimize models for ultra-low-latency ad-serving and consumer-facing search solutions.

You will work across product, business, and engineering teams on relevance, yield optimization, predictive modeling, and bidding performance. You will drive end-to-end ML lifecycle, implement MLOps practices, and contribute to architecture decisions using state-of-the-art techniques.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of AI/ML production experience in building and deploying ML systems.
• 2+ years building AI/ML models in ads, relevance, ranking, or search.
• 3+ years building distributed, low-latency, high-throughput ML services.
• 3+ years deploying and maintaining ML pipelines in production, including feature engineering and model monitoring.
• 2+ years Python with distributed frameworks (Spark, Hadoop), SQL, and cloud infrastructure.
• 2+ years with ML libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch, scikit-learn, and Spark ML.

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end lifecycle management of AI/ML projects from concept to deployment and maintenance.
• Implement and champion MLOps practices including data collection, training pipelines, deployments, monitoring, alerting, and QA.
• Contribute to model architecture decisions using state-of-the-art ML, DL, and RL techniques.
• Develop and deploy feature engineering pipelines and ML services optimized for low latency and high throughput.
• Establish and utilize robust A/B testing and experimentation frameworks to evaluate and improve model performance.
• Design, build, and maintain production software systems and microservices that support AI/ML apps with reliability and scalability.
