Warner Bros. Discovery is seeking a passionate Machine Learning engineer to build and scale personalization and search platforms for HBO Max and beyond.

You will work on a team delivering state-of-the-art recommender systems for 100+ million users, with a strong emphasis on production ML, reliability, and data-driven decision making. You have 2+ years of industry experience, deep ML lifecycle knowledge, and solid Python skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of industry experience.
• Deep practical knowledge of modern ML lifecycle.
• Familiarity with large-scale recommender systems and ML ranking/retrieval.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to building and scaling a recommendation system powering personalization for HBO Max, Discovery+ and WBD offerings.
• Develop ML systems and ops for personalization and search.
• Collaborate with engineers to improve quality, stability, and performance of recommendation services.
