Job summary

Allvue Systems seeks a Machine Learning Engineer II to drive AI-enabled workflow improvements across private capital and credit operations. You will partner with business stakeholders, design practical AI solutions, and support adoption through tooling and documentation.

The role emphasizes building scalable, auditable automation, integrating with M365 and existing repositories, and delivering measurable efficiency gains with responsible AI usage.

Qualifications

• Strong programming fundamentals in Python or similar language.
• Experience integrating systems via APIs and supporting system-to-system workflows.
• Experience building or supporting LLM-powered applications, including RAG-based systems.
• Familiarity with document ingestion pipelines, transformation, semantic chunking, embeddings, vector storage, and retrieval techniques.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand workflows, pain points, and opportunities for automation.
• Design and build AI and automation solutions for defined business processes.
• Prototype quickly, test with users, and iterate based on feedback.
• Support integrations with existing systems using APIs and authentication frameworks.
• Create clear documentation, usage notes, and playbooks for adoption.
