Job summary

Tensor is seeking talented and self-motivated software engineers to join our perception team in San Jose. You will research, design, and implement computer vision and deep learning methods for autonomous driving using lidar and camera data.

You will own model production, deployment, distillation, and quantization, and collaborate with teammates worldwide to advance a personal AGI vision.

Qualifications

• MS/PhD in CS/Robotics/ME/EE or related field.
• Strong background in computer vision and ML.
• Solid programming skills with C++ and Python/PyTorch.
• Experience with point cloud deep learning is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Research, design and implement novel computer vision and deep learning methods on autonomous driving lidar/camera data
• Responsible for model production, like deployment, distill, quantization, etc
• Solve difficult problems independently and creatively
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders
