Job summary

WWC Global in partnership with Command Holdings seeks a Machine Learning Engineer to support USSOCOM missions, developing AI-enabled systems and ML pipelines for data-driven decision support.

The role requires five years in ML engineering, strong communication, and a current TS/SCI clearance. Work involves DoD environments, secure data governance, and collaboration with SOF stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, ML, Mathematics or statistics.
• Minimum of five years in ML engineering, data science, or equivalent.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• Professional proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain ML models and AI-enabled systems for SOF data analysis and decision support.
• Develop NLP, computer vision, LLMs, and RAG models to extract actionable insights.
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines: data ingestion, feature engineering, training, validation, deployment, monitoring.
• Conduct ML modeling and simulations to test outcomes and inform decisions.
• Implement MLOps to ensure scalable, auditable workflows.
