Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 5+ years of experience, or Master's with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience developing, validating algorithms for data analysis, automation, sensing, or image processing.
• Strong Python production-quality coding skills with good documentation.
• Solid software fundamentals: debugging, version control, testing, and optimization.
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows from preprocessing to deployment.
• Experience with image analysis, CV, signal processing, or data-driven algorithms.
• Understanding mathematical foundations: linear algebra, probability, optimization, estimation theory.
• Ability to adapt algorithms for edge devices, GPUs, or HPC environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize advanced algorithms for workflow automation including CV components.
• Develop signal-processing and image-analysis algorithms using classical and AI/ML methods.
• Perform system-level analysis, simulation, and validation to meet product requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, and product teams to integrate algorithms.
• Optimize algorithms for edge devices, GPUs, and HPC with attention to latency and memory.
• Create technical documentation, validation reports, and performance metrics to support development.
