Qualifications

• Requires bachelor's degree and 10-13 years of relevant experience or 14-17 years of relevant work experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or related field.
• Master's degree in a related technical field preferred; AI/ML, cloud, data or analytics certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of ML and predictive solutions.
• Manage delivery plans, milestones, resources, and dependencies.
• Coordinate business and technical teams to resolve delivery risks.
• Oversee the ML lifecycle from development through deployment; ensure validation, testing, monitoring and governance.
• Review model performance and production readiness.
• Ensure data availability, quality, and suitability for ML solutions; coordinate data prep and feature engineering.
• Define business outcomes, success measures, and value targets; track delivery and model readiness.
