Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on data science, machine learning, AI-based product development.
• 5+ years working with health plans or health systems to drive analytics adoption and product evolution.
• 3+ years leading analytic product development or client transformation efforts.
• 2+ years in pharmacy/medication benefit management with economics understanding.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Represent the customer in product evolution with understanding of client priorities and opportunities.
• Collaborate with health plan customer counterparts across clinical, product, data, intervention, and finance domains.
• Identify opportunities to improve existing algorithms and build new ones.
• Create a framework for algorithm development, implementation, and measurement.
• Design, build, and execute with a cross-functional internal team across model development lifecycle.
• Translate model outputs into clear risk identification, prioritization, and intervention planning.
• Establish a measured approach to improve product features.
