About the role

As a Data Science and Machine Learning (ML) Product Manager, you will lead the evolution, implementation, and customer success of Evio Compass, an analytic product that identifies patients who need timely attention due to clinical or financial risk to themselves, our health plan, and/or health system clients. The product blends patient, plan, provider data with clinical intelligence and data science to identify risks, which are stratified and prioritized for plan attention after validation by Evio clinicians to confirm actionability.

What you will do

  • Work closely with health plan customer counterparts in various subject matter areas such as clinical, product, data, intervention, and finance
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing algorithms and build new ones that better surface patient risk
  • Create a framework for algorithm development, implementation, and measurement to guide end-to-end evolution
  • Design, build, and execute in close collaboration with an internal team comprised of product managers, data scientists, ML engineers, clinicians, DevOps engineers, and software engineers
  • Remain hands‑on and closely aligned with the internal working team across the full lifecycle of model development: from defining the problem and acquiring data to tuning performance and launching into production
  • Translate model outputs into clear risk identification, stratification, prioritization, optimal intervention modality assignment, and outcome measurements
  • Establish a clear approach to measure and continuously improve product features
Product implementation and client success
  • Serve as the primary product partner for clients, building strong, trusted relationships to deliver consistent value
  • Lead implementation of Evio Compass across health plans and health system clients to ensure smooth rollout and strong adoption
  • Work with customers to understand their priorities, risks, and goals, collaborating with the Evio team to tailor the product to meet customer needs
  • Guide clients on how to act on identified risks to drive the best possible outcomes
  • Strategize with client partners on optimal modalities to maximize outcomes from risk intervention
  • Drive client conversations and own client relationships with the primary goal of exceeding client goals and delivering consistent value
  • Be the tactical thought leader to optimally use Evio resources to drive progress for customers
  • Develop new processes and capabilities to support and scale customer success, including tracking success metrics such as business impact and client satisfaction
Your skills and experience

    • Identify problem areas that can be solved with data and analytics
    • Drive analytics adoption
    • Evolve analytics products based on performance and measure business results
  • 5+ years’ experience working at a health plan, PBM, health system, pharmacy, and/or digital health organization
  • 3+ years’ experience leading analytic product development, implementation, or client transformation efforts
  • 2+ years’ experience within pharmacy and/or medical drug benefit management with a strong grasp of economics
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences
  • Familiarity with the digital health product landscape within health plan, pharma, PBM landscape
  • Prior start‑up experience is a plus
How you work
  • EQ and relationship building: You build strong internal and external relationships and navigate complex organizations with empathy, awareness, and overall high emotional intelligence
