Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Machine Learning / Data Science Engineer to design and deploy scalable ML systems for enterprise clients. You will work with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into data-driven models and analytical solutions on platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

Responsibilities include building end-to-end ML workflows, optimizing production systems, and mentoring junior data scientists. A Bachelor's degree and hands-on data experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Hands-on experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
• Proficiency with SQL, Spark, NoSQL and cloud data processing frameworks.
• Experience with Docker and microservices.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end machine learning solutions for clients.
• Deconstruct client needs into data-driven processes and models.
• Analyze and transform large datasets on enterprise platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Develop and deploy analytics like recommender systems and NLP models.
• Productionize ML systems focusing on optimization and scalability.
• Lead teams of junior data scientists and engineers on client engagements.
