Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in ML data operations, technical service delivery, dataset operations, or related roles.
• Solid understanding of the ML data lifecycle from collection to deployment.
• Ability to use SQL and data-analysis tools to investigate datasets and ensure data quality.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to translate between ML engineers and infrastructure teams.
• Excellent written communication, release notes, and operating procedures.
• Good judgment balancing timelines, capacity, reliability, and data quality.
• Proven track record influencing across a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational partner for ML engineers and internal users of AV datasets.
• Capture and clarify dataset release requirements including signals, volumes, cadence, and criteria.
• Manage the release calendar and coordinate priorities across tracks.
• Monitor production release workflows from launch to delivery and drive resolution.
• Validate release results before communicating availability to customers.
• Maintain timely communication with customers regarding status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Produce release notes, announcements, and handoff information for ML teams.
