Job summary

NVIDIA is seeking an ML Data Operations Lead to own the customer-facing lifecycle of large-scale AV datasets. You will partner with ML engineers, translate data needs into release requirements, and ensure each release is delivered with validation, documentation, and clear communication.

This is a senior individual-contributor role. You will oversee the release calendar, monitor workflows, and produce release notes and handoffs to enable teams to use datasets confidently.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 6+ years in ML data operations, technical service delivery, or data-intensive roles.
• Understanding of the ML data lifecycle from collection to consumption.
• Ability to use SQL and data-analysis tools to investigate datasets.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary operational partner for ML engineers and internal users of AV datasets.
• Capture and clarify dataset release requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate release calendar, priorities, and compute capacity across tracks.
• Monitor production release workflows and drive resolution of issues.
• Validate release results against volumes, signals, and quality criteria.
• Maintain timely communication with customers about status, risks, and recovery plans.
• Produce release notes, announcements, and handoff information.
