Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation in Austin, TX seeks an ML/AI Physical Design Methodology Engineer to join the Networking Silicon team, developing high-speed communication devices with best throughput and low latency. You’ll architect, integrate, and deploy ML-driven solutions into production physical design flows.

You will work on P&R, timing, power and noise analysis, floorplanning, and back-end verification across multiple projects, leveraging Python/Tcl and ML frameworks; a MS degree and 5+ years of ML/AI

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of ML/AI-based solution development.
• Experience automating design workflows and P&R flows.
• Strong Python and Tcl programming skills; familiarity with ML frameworks.
• Exposure to Physical Design workflows and back-end verification.

Responsibilities

• Architect, integrate, and deploy AI/ML-driven solutions in production physical design flows.
• Develop novel ML-based methods to improve PPA, timing, and convergence.
• Contribute to flow and tool methodologies for P&R, timing analysis, and power/noise analysis.
• Collaborate across chip floorplanning, power/clock distribution, and back-end verification.
