Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Legally permitted to work in the United States.
• 2 years of software development experience (minimum).
• Experience programming in Python and Java.
• Experience developing AI/ML solutions.
• Experience with AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, OpenAI/Azure AI services).
• Experience writing SQL queries against relational databases.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with source code management (Git).
• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps.
• Experience with microservices and APIs.
• Experience with modern debugging, monitoring, and RCA techniques.
• Exposure to AI model evaluation, prompt engineering, MLOps.
• Exposure to security frameworks for authentication/authorization.
• Experience creating unit, functional, integration, performance and automated tests.
• Understanding of software engineering best practices and agile methods.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with product team to deliver secure, scalable software solutions.
• Documents, reviews and ensures quality and change control standards.
• Writes code to automate infrastructure, monitoring, and tests; supports production resiliency.
• Configures large projects and alogns with evolving business needs.
• Provides meaningful dashboards, logging, and alerting to address issues proactively.
