Job summary

AMD is offering a 2027 Undergrad Machine Learning (ML)/Artificial Intelligence (AI) intern/co-op. You will join a team of ML/AI engineers to work on next-generation product differentiation features, with hands-on research and development opportunities.

The role requires full-time commitment (40 hours/week) in a hybrid or onsite setup across multiple locations, including Longmont, CO. You will learn, implement, and deploy ML techniques for source code analysis and image corruption detection,

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a US-based university in an undergraduate program (CS/CE/Data Science)
• Knowledge of ML/AI, Python, C/C++, SQL, and ML frameworks
• Familiarity with cloud services (AWS/GCP/Azure) is encouraged

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply ML/AI techniques on projects related to code analysis and image corruption detection
• Assist in research, development, and deployment of ML/AI features in AMD products
• Support AI software teams with roadmap planning and technical collateral
• Collaborate with engineers on real-world AI problems and user experience improvements
