Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking a MK1 Vehicle Integrated Test Manager within the MK1 Vehicle Test Team. You will lead end-to-end testing across avionics, subsystems, and environmental requirements, while managing personnel, schedules, and safety.

Travel up to 50% during testing contributes to remote site support. You will recruit and mentor a diverse team, develop test plans, and drive milestone reviews, with responsibility for career development and performance evaluations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years managing technical teams and/or leading functional groups
• Experience leading multidisciplinary development and verification tests
• Demonstrated leadership in establishing a high-performing safety culture
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Must have a B.S. degree in engineering or a technical field

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, manage, and mentor a diverse lunar test team.
• Develop test plans, test procedures and execute tests; ensure safety of hardware and personnel.
• Manage test milestone reviews (Preliminary Test Reviews, Critical Test Reviews, Test Readiness reviews).
• Coordinate engineering support across product teams and test engineers.
• Lead employee development, performance evaluations, and career growth conversations.
