Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality is seeking a friendly Bartender for the Hilton Garden Inn San Antonio Downtown. You’ll greet guests, craft beverages, and guide guests through the menu with engaging, descriptive service from arrival to departure.

Requirements include a current bartending certification or license, knowledge of wine, beer, cocktails and spirits, and 2–4 years of bartending experience. You thrive under pressure and pride yourself on delivering an exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• Current bartenders’ certification or appropriate license.
• Knowledgeable in the latest trends around mixology.
• Experience delivering guest-centric service.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests as they arrive and engage with bar guests.
• Maintain bar setup and stock daily.
• Guide guests on their beverage journey with menu descriptions.
• Take orders accurately and confirm special requests.
• Master the bar details to enhance conversations.
• Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff for smooth service.
• Resolve guest concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Present bills promptly and accurately.
• Stock and stock-check beer, wine, and spirits.
• Prepare drinks following standard recipes and portion controls.
• Input orders into POS and generate checks for guests.
• Lock up and store beverages and equipment; secure cash drops.
