TPG Hotels & Resorts is seeking a skilled Lounge Bartender to join our hotel bar team in Irving, TX. You will craft cocktails, manage the beverage program, and create a lively guest experience while maintaining bar cleanliness and stock levels.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage presentation.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.

Responsabilités

• Skillfully mix and serve a wide range of beverages following recipes and standards.
• Know the drink menu and make recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Engage with guests to provide a personalized experience and entertainment.
• Keep the bar area clean, organized, and stocked throughout the shift.
• Process payments, manage tabs, and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
• Collaborate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.
• Monitor beverage inventory and assist with ordering and restocking.
• Verify age for alcohol service and uphold legal compliance.
