Job summary

Park Hyatt Mexico City Polanco, part of Hyatt, is seeking a skilled Mixologist to lead the property's beverage program and bartending team with empathy and excellence. Fluent English and Spanish are required, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in luxury hotel or hospitality mixology.
• Formal certification in Mixology or proven experience managing high-end cocktail programs (IBA).
• Advanced knowledge of spirits, mixology techniques, beverage trends, and pairings.
• Proficiency with inventory management tools and POS systems.
• Ability to train and motivate teams in mixology program execution.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule; willing to rotate shifts including weekends and holidays.

As Mixologist, you will contribute to ensure the quality and service excellence of the property's mixology program, leading the bartending team with empathy and dedication to deliver exceptional beverages, create memorable experiences, and foster genuine connections with both guests and fellow bartenders.

• Proficiency in inventory management tools and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Ability to train, coach, and motivate teams in the proper execution of mixology programs.
• Proactive attitude with a strong focus on service excellence and enhancing the guest experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English and Spanish.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
