Job summary

Uponor is seeking a dedicated Mixer Operator to support material mixing and tool coating on the production floor. You will stage mixed material hoppers, dispose of scrap, and prepare PEX tools for extrusion while maintaining a clean work area and following 5S guidelines.

Responsibilities include operating the mixer and tool processing equipment, handling raw materials, documenting data, and coordinating with the lead and supervisor to drive lean improvements.

Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• Basic mechanical and technical skills are required.
• Must be able to problem solve, multitask/prioritize and pay attention to detail.
• Must be able to work a 12-hour shift.

Responsibilities

• Operates Mixer at a high efficiency level.
• Operates all tool processing equipment.
• Handles raw materials.
• Maintains work area by keeping all tools and equipment in designated areas - 5S.
• Monitors production log and documents data.
• Disposes of scrap material.
• Collaborates with lead and supervisor of the mixing and tooling group.
