Job summary

LX Hausys America, Inc. is seeking a Mixing Operator to maintain a clean, safe, high-quality, productive facility.

You will oversee all activities of the Mixing area under policy and guidance of the ASL/Shift Leader/Production Manager, ensuring consistent run and material accuracy. Responsibilities include ensuring safety, maintaining smooth production flow, operating all mixing processes (Chip, Compound, Syrup, Additive Preparation), preserving quality systems, and performing basic equipment

Responsibilities

• Promote safety in aspects of every task.
• Maintain the smooth and timely flow of plant production ensuring a quality product is delivered to the next operation.
• Should understand and operate all mixing process (Chip Mixing, Compound Mixing, Syrup Mixing, Additive Preparation).
• Ensure quality systems integrity.
• Perform basic equipment maintenance (minor repairs, filter changes, lubrication, etc.).
