The ideal candidate will have experience in food manufacturing, strong math/reading skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. We offer a sign-on bonus up to $800, shift premiums, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifikationen

• A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a food manufacturing production setting preferred.
• Proficiency with HMI panels and related plant software.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication.
• Able to adapt to changing processes and learn quickly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds frequently.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Team player with strong collaboration.
• Detail-oriented with good eye-hand coordination.
• Strong math and reading skills.
• Problem-solving abilities.

Aufgaben

• Maintain high attention to detail while ensuring safety practices.
• Pre-weight ingredients using batch cards.
• Start and operate an automated mixing system via HMI panels.
• Perform start-up/shut-down of equipment and monitor performance.
• Ensure product meets quality standards per specifications.
• Troubleshoot basic machine issues and ensure equipment is operational.
• Follow specification sheets for correct ingredient use per run.
• Log ingredients, lot codes, and slurry samples for QA testing.
• Maintain proper weight ranges and monitor batch progress.
• Manage kettles, grinders, and whippers within specified parameters.
