SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll operate a concrete mixer truck with a Class A or B CDL, maintain safety and quality standards, and provide exceptional customer service on every job site.

You’ll be home daily with competitive pay, overtime after 8 hours, and opportunities for bonuses and raises. The role includes pre/post-trip inspections and coordination with dispatch to ensure efficient routing.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or Class B CDL and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and SRM’s values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in all weather conditions.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, “Go-Getter” attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous Mixer Operator/Ready Mix/construction delivery experience is a plus.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
