SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators (CDL A or B) to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You’ll be the face of SRM on job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries with safety and customer service at the forefront.

Requirements include an active Class A or B CDL and a current DOT medical card, a safe driving record, ability to lift up to 100 lbs, and willingness to pass pre-employment screenings. Home daily with local routes and overtime after 8 hours.

Responsabilités

• Operate a concrete mixer truck to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Deliver excellent customer service at job sites representing SRM.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
