Job summary

SRM Concrete is seeking a Mixer Operator in Florida to deliver ready mix to construction sites while maintaining safety and superior customer service. Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card required; you’ll be the face of SRM on job sites and responsible for accurate deliveries and on-time performance.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service at each job site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine vehicle maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols; maintain delivery and vehicle records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient routing and scheduling.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.

• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator, Ready Mix Driver, or in construction delivery is a plus—but we welcome motivated newcomers ready to learn!
• Willingness to complete SRM’s pre-employment screenings.
