Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites. You will operate concrete mixer trucks (Class A or B CDL), load and inspect concrete, and ensure on-time deliveries with a strong service focus.

Qualifications

• Active CDL Class A or B and current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong customer service mindset and representation of SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb stairs/ladders, and work in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience in mixer operations or construction delivery is a plus, newcomers welcome.
• Willingness to complete SRM pre-employment screenings.

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site with professionalism and care.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for vehicle safety.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols to protect you and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing; assist with plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
