Job summary

SRM Concrete, a national leader in ready-mix concrete, is hiring Mixer Operators to join our growing team. Whether you have a Class A or Class B CDL, you’ll deliver quality concrete to construction sites and be home daily, with no Sunday work.

As the face of SRM at job sites, you’ll ensure on-time deliveries, safe vehicle operation, and exceptional customer service. We offer competitive hourly pay with overtime after 8 hours, plus comprehensive benefits and a 401(k) with weekly matching.

Qualifications

• Active Class A or B CDL with current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record and commitment to safety.
• Strong commitment to exceptional customer service and representing SRM values.
• Physically able to lift up to 100 lbs, climb ladders, and operate in all weather.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator or Ready Mix Driver is a plus; newcomers welcome.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM with professionalism.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks for safety.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself and others.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
