Job summary

SRM Concrete is hiring Mixer Operators to deliver ready mix to construction sites. You’ll be the face of SRM at job sites, ensuring on-time deliveries with a service-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (CDL A/B) to deliver ready mix to commercial and residential sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet specs.
• Deliver excellent customer service at each site.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and basic maintenance checks.
• Follow DOT, OSHA, and SRM safety protocols.
• Maintain delivery and vehicle records in company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch for routing and scheduling.
• Assist with plant or yard duties as needed.

Your Mission & Key Responsibilities

• Operate a concrete mixer truck (Class A or B CDL) to safely transport and deliver ready mix concrete to commercial and residential job sites.
• Load, mix, and inspect concrete to meet precise specifications and quality standards.
• Deliver excellent customer service at every job site, representing SRM Concrete with professionalism and a service-first attitude.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections and routine maintenance checks to ensure vehicle safety and compliance.
• Follow all DOT, OSHA, and company safety protocols to protect yourself, your team, and the public.
• Maintain accurate delivery and vehicle records using company systems.
• Coordinate with dispatch and plant teams for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general plant or yard duties as needed.
