We are seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team of Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete. The primary responsibility of the Mixer Operator is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. This involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete according to precise specifications, and delivering the product to various construction sites, both commercial and residential. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products.
• Load and mix concrete ingredients following specific job orders and protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery while maintaining courteous interaction with customers and the public.
• Conduct pre- and post-operation checks on the truck and report maintenance needs.
• Follow all safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate delivery and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with dispatch for scheduling and routing.
• Assist with general maintenance or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in various weather conditions.
• No unexplained employment gaps.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
• Experience as a Mixer Operator is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
