We are seeking engaged, driven individuals with an active CDL license to join our team of Mixer Operators at SRM Concrete. The primary responsibility is to ensure the efficient and safe production of high-quality concrete products. This involves safely operating and maintaining concrete mixer trucks, loading and mixing concrete according to specifications, and delivering to construction sites while providing exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate a concrete mixer truck to transport and deliver concrete products.
• Load and mix concrete ingredients following job orders and protocols.
• Ensure timely delivery, maintaining professional interactions with customers and the public.
• Conduct pre-and post-operation checks and report maintenance needs.
• Adhere to safety protocols to prevent accidents and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance.
• Coordinate with dispatch for efficient scheduling and routing.
• Assist in other duties as assigned, including general maintenance or supporting team members.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL Class A or B license.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Proven safe driving record.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs, climb ladders/stairs, and work in varying weather.
• No unexplained employment gaps.
• Strong teamwork, reliability, and adaptability.
• Previous experience as a Mixer Operator is preferred but not mandatory.
• Willingness to undergo pre-employment screenings.
