Job summary

Henkel is seeking a production operator to work within the Adhesive Technologies team. The role involves operating and adjusting equipment, ensuring quality output, and maintaining daily production records to support performance analysis.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED and 1–2 years of experience with mixing equipment, forklifts, and adherence to SOPs and safety standards. Strong collaboration with production and quality control is essential.

  • 1-2 years of experience operating a forklift, preferred.

  • Collaboration skills to work effectively with production and quality control teams.
  • Ability to identify and address issues promptly.

Thehourly pay range for this role is $25.02. This range reflects thegood‑faith minimum and maximum hourly rate the Company reasonably expects tooffer for this position at the time of posting. This role is classifiedas non‑exempt, and employees are eligible for overtime pay in accordance withfederal, state, and local laws. In addition to the hourly wage, employees inthis position may be eligible for shift differentials, premium pay, bonuses, orother forms of compensation, depending on role and location. The Company alsooffers a comprehensive benefits package as described above. Actual compensationwill depend on factors such as the candidate’s skills, experience, training,certifications, and work location.
