The position is full-time with a 2 PM to 10 PM shift. Candidates should be able to lift up to 50 lbs, work in a manufacturing environment, and learn safety protocols while growing in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Read batch sheets and product specifications.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operation.
• Forklift operation experience or willingness to become certified.
• Strong attention to detail, safety, and quality.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Team player with good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in batch-making: read batch sheets, gather materials, weigh/load into mixers, operate equipment, and communicate with the lab to ensure specifications are met.
• Inspect and maintain mixers and equipment; clean work areas and tools.
• Follow safety procedures and wear assigned PPE.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
