Job summary

Litehouse Foods in Hurricane, UT is seeking a Mixer to support our production lines on a 6am–6pm shift (223A). Starting pay is $20.50/hr. You will load ingredients, run batch systems, and ensure clean, compliant operations with allergen controls.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• 0–3 years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to operate computer-based batch automation systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs regularly.

Responsibilities

• Load ingredients into blenders and operate metering and pumping systems to produce recipes.
• Operate batch automation computer systems (training provided).
• Changeover and wash out machinery between batches following allergen protocols.
• Keep workspace clean and production area organized.
• Use scanners and inventory software to maintain FIFO and accuracy.
