Job summary

Mativ is seeking a Mixer 2 in its production team to ensure smooth hydrocolloid adhesive manufacturing and to lead in the absence of the Lead. You will follow safety, quality, and SOPs, and coordinate with Cleanroom and Warehouse teams.

The role requires at least 1 year hands-on production experience, ability to work overtime, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will operate and maintain mixing equipment and document logs and formulations as part of daily tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree a plus.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and follow procedures.

Responsibilities

• Support as leader in the absence of the Lead.
• Ensure mixer 1 is trained to operate with minimal supervision.
• Complete logs and mixing paperwork accurately (Cleaning log, safety checklist, weight checks, formulations).
• Interact with Cleanroom and Warehouse to transfer information across departments.
• Operate and clean mixing machines and related equipment per specifications.
• Follow safety, quality, and SOPs; perform physical tasks including lifting up to 100 pounds.
• Work flexible shifts including day/night as needed.
