Job summary

C.H. Guenther & Son in Denton, TX is seeking a mixer operator to support the production of dry mix products. You will cut bags into the mixer, operate the mixer, pre-weigh ingredients, and follow the mixing schedule.

You will maintain a clean work area, dump trash at the end of the shift, and document mixing activity. Forklift operation to transport ingredients is required, and you will provide QA samples as part of quality control.

As a mixer you will be required to cut in bags into mixer, operate a mixer, pre-weigh ingredients for each batch as instructed by the mixer controller. You will also be required to dump trash at the end of the shift and make sure your mixing department is clean prior to the next shift coming onboard.
